Well, Ben went to Santa Cruz, Bolivia with Ben and Becky Gambrell (Some friends from LeTourneau) to do an avionics retro-fit on a Cessna 206 that is operated by South American Mission. We had a great time except for the Bacillary Dysentery that we got from eating at "a  nice little chicken place on kilometer 6 (thanks a million for the tip, Todd)."

BACK

This is the big job... Bolivian Style                           Ben smiles, while cursing a stubborn voltage regulator.

This is Becky caught taking a nap, sort of.                        The finished product....

Ben Gamrell's video camera was a big hit.

Todd bravely takes on a herd that has wandered onto the airfield. Good form old chap.

All of Santa Cruz was at the stadium for the cross town soccer rivalry of Oriente v. Blooming. So here we are, naturally. Todd and I were rooting for Oriente (Green), the poorer class team. The rest of the group wanted the rich prep school boys of Blooming (Blue) to win. Well, Blooming won and Oriente's fans threw garbage and live fireworks onto the field as congratulations. Todd (orange shirt) and Jeremy (gray sweatshirt) also helped with the installation. The Gambrell's are at the back of the photo

looking up.
